Informational Interviewing & Writing Professional E-mail
Networking and informational interviewing are strategies to increase your knowledge of professions, jobs, and trends in your field of interest. An informational interview is a way to gain information; it is not a job search strategy. You must prepare to conduct an informational interview by reading and thoughtfully drafting your questions. You do not want to ask a question that is already answered on the organization’s website.
